In order to qualify for graduation, a student must complete the following:

1. Clinical Rotation Affective Level 1 & 2 evaluations for all rotations.
2. Comprehensive Competency Clinical Rotation Evaluations for all rotations.
3. All required clinical treatment and simulations check-offs.
4. Maintain a “C” average in all didactic and clinical rotations.
5. All required Physics competencies.
